From Our Workshop to Your Door

We handcraft every Kerf case to order—no mass production, no shortcuts. Each case starts with raw wood in our Elkhart, Indiana workshop and is made just for you.

Production Times

Slim Cases:

  • Standard: 5–7 business days
  • Priority: 3–4 business days
  • Express: 1–2 business days

Solid & Select Cases:

  • These take more time to craft.
  • Please add 2 business days to the production times above.

Shipping Options (U.S.)

  • Standard – $5 (Free on orders $100+)
  • Priority – $10
  • Express – $20

How It Works

Priority and Express get a faster shipping method and also jump the production line so your case is made and shipped sooner.

Express uses the fastest available method to your address.

International Orders

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers. Rates and delivery times vary by country and will be shown at checkout. We do not cover import duties and taxes, so please be aware that you may have an extra fee charged by your country when your order is received.

Warranty

RETURNS:

WUDN products are eligible for return for in-store credit within 30 days of purchase. They must be in new condition with original packaging.

      Mahogany

      Thanks to its workability, stunning beauty, and exceptional durability, Mahogany has long ranked among the most prized cuts. An enduring favorite with uses traced to the early American colonies, mahogany has a storied history of being the go-to choice for America’s top craftsmen and artisans.

      Black Walnut

      From the forests of the Eastern and Central US, American Walnut combines strength with a deep, rich brown color. It can vary from medium brown to dark chocolate color. Laser engravings will be subtle, bordering on difficult to see.

      Carmalized Bamboo

      Sourced alongside the hills and valleys of the Southeastern seaboard, our bamboo offers a uniform pale yellow, almost white color. Combining a fine finish with strength, our bamboo is hand-selected for durability.

      American Cherry

      Straight from the Allegheny Plateau of Pennsylvania, New York, and West Virginia. When freshly cut, American Cherry begins as a very light, apple brown color before darkening to a medium reddish brown as the wood ages.

      Aromatic Cedar

      Hand-selected from the finest cuts from Maine all the way to East Texas. Featuring an appealing array of reds, browns, and streaks of sapwood with a natural hardwood scent.

      Purple Heart

      Purple Heart really is purple. Originating from South and Central America, Purple Heart is sometimes dark, smoky maroon, to a deep purple. A truly stunning wood species.

      Shimmering Maple

      Also known as “Curly Maple,” it shimmers in the light. This is the most famous grain variation of the maple heartwood, prized as the best wood for musical instruments (notably guitars and violins). Shimmering Maple on the back of your iPhone is as beautiful as it is unique.
