Growing up in the Pacific Northwest - and spending time flying between Seattle, Portland, Boise, and Spokane - I had plenty of opportunities to get a close up view of Mt. Rainier. From the quad at UW with it's perfectly aligned view of Rainier, to the window seat view on an Alaska Airlines flight, there isn't a mountain more dramatic or accessible.
